The following application forms may be submitted, along with any additional required informaiton, via email to planning@athenstx.gov.  Please note that any permit is not considered complete until all required until all required documents are recieved, the permit is approved by City of Athens staff, and a copy of the approved permit is returned to the applicant.

Fee Schedule:

This fee schedule was adopted by the City Council (O-50-18) on September 10, 2018, and became effective on October 1, 2018.  The residential building permit fees were amended by Council on June 17, 2019.
